After many failed attempts....

I finally found a great substitute low carb/low points homemade Starbucks Frappe! Jordan and I found a recipe online a few weeks ago that was complicated and hard to make and it was awful! We both quickly dumped that batch down the drain. Then a few days ago I found another recipe on Pintrest. The first batch was OK, but I have tweaked the recipe each time I made it to where now I am very happy with it. It's so easy to make too.
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 TBS instant coffee
2 TBS sugar free vanilla creamer
1 tsp slpenda
1 and a half glasses full of ice
Simply blend in blender
You can also add 2 TBS of sugar free chocolate syrup for a mocha version.

Yummy!
